Important Kit Notes

  • 6.4L gas models will require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft. 5.7L gas models may require exhaust modification as well. The vehicle can be driven without the front driveshaft to an exhaust shop for modifications to be made before reinstalling driveshaft.
  • Kits come standard with 6-Bolt indexing ring kit. If equipped with heavy-duty 8-bolt t-case order 122813 in place of 122623
  • The carrier bearing drop (122405) is necessary for models equipped with two piece rear drive shaft.
  • Some vehicles may require rear driveshaft spacer kit 122007 to maintain adequate rear driveshaft engagement
  • Will NOT fit cab and chassis models
  • The shocks used in these kits are different than a standard 3500, do not use a different shock length or damage to the air bag will result.
  • Can be used on SRW or DRW models, DRW models fit inner wheel clearance to the upper u-bolt plate on 5.5-6" kits

BDS Suspension is now shipping suspension lifts and accessories for the rear air ride equipped RAM 3500 4WD trucks.
These standard kits are designed to retain the factory radius arms by relocating the frame mounting location using a pair of 1/4" steel drop brackets to maintain suspension geometry. The drop brackets key off the factory mounts and tie into the frame for extra strength. Also included in the kit are specially designed 5.5" gas engine specific progressive rate ProRide front coil springs offering improved performance across all terrains. Also included is a heavy-duty fabricated front track bar bracket, forged drop pitman arm, extended bump stops, brake line relocation brackets, sway bar links, rear block and u-bolt kit along with rear air bag lower spacers and sensor brackets. Rounding out the kits is your choice of BDS NX2 series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 performance gas shocks at each corner. These kits allow for 35-37" tires to be installed.
